• **Floor plans you upload** and the settings you choose (boundary, North, property type).
• **Your reports** and download history.
• **Payment information.** Payments are handled by our payment provider; we receive the order status and a reference, not your card or UPI details.
• **Usage data** such as pages viewed and device type, through analytics, as described in section 6\.
• **Messages** you send to support.

3\. Why we use it

• To generate and deliver your Vastu report.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To provide support.
• To improve the product.
• To send reminders or offers only if you have agreed.

4\. Your floor plan

Your uploaded plan is used only to produce your report. It is stored for \[period\] after the report is ready and then \[deleted / kept in My reports until you delete it\].
