Vastu check for a flat vs a house
A house grid uses the plot or built house outline. A flat grid uses the walls of your apartment. Do not overlay the builder's typical-floor plate unless it matches your unit including the utility and attached toilets.
How to check Vastu direction of a flat
Stand at the main door or balcony with a compass held flat. Note the bearing of the corridor wall. Then upload the plan and set that North on GetMyVastu. Phone compasses are enough if you are not standing next to a steel door.
2BHK and 3BHK — same rules
Kitchen still wants South-East of the flat. Master bedroom still wants South-West of the flat. If the builder put both on the wrong side, remedies are placement inside those rooms plus an honest score — not pretending the tower facing fixed it.
