1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the websites and services operated by VAS Venture Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), including GetMyVastu and Vastu Softwares.

By creating an account, signing in, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. The service

We provide online tools that help analyse floor plans using Vastu principles, generate reports, and support related educational content such as webinars.

Reports and analysis are informational tools. They are not a substitute for licensed architectural, structural, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your contact information up to date.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping one-time codes and devices secure.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that misuse the service, attempt abuse, or violate these Terms.

4. Plans, payments, and credits

Paid plans, layout credits, and one-time report purchases are charged as shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Free or promotional access may be limited per account and can change when we update plan rules.

Refunds, if any, follow the refund policy shown at purchase or as required by applicable law.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of floor-plan images and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service you requested.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service; not to share access in a way that bypasses plan limits; and not to use the service for fraud or harassment.

7. Communications

We may send transactional messages related to your account, OTP codes, report status, and service notices by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or in-app alerts.

Marketing or reminder messages are sent only where permitted. You can contact support to update preferences where applicable.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free analysis, or specific Vastu outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAS Venture Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant paid feature in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Images, charts and licence

Screenshots, Vastu zone charts, webinar photographs, logos and other images published on GetMyVastu and Vastu Softwares are owned by VAS Venture Pvt Ltd unless a caption names another creator.

You may not copy, scrape, or reuse those images in another product, listing or training set without a written licence from us. To request a licence, email info@call-astro.com with the image URL and the intended use. We may grant, refuse, or charge for a licence at our discretion.

User-uploaded floor plans remain the user’s content under section 5. This section covers only materials we publish.
